Question: How do I cancel the order, I have placed?

Answer: Customers can cancel the order any time before delivery from the website. Customers can also call us or mail us for order cancellation.

Question: Is cash on delivery applicable?

Answer: We currently do not provide cash on delivery

Question: Is GST included in the final invoice?

Answer: Yes! We have added the GST amount to the invoice.

Question: Why do I see IGST even if I order products in the same state?

Answer: Because the billing is done from Delhi. But the IGST amount is the same as SGST

Question: Will I get the GST amount refunded If I cancel the order?

Answer: Yes! The GST amount will be refunded.

Question: Can I return my order?

Answer: Yes! We accept returns for some items. Please refer to our return policy

Question: Can I exchange my order?

Answer: Yes! We accept exchanges If the reason is valid. Please refer to our return policy  

Question: When will I get my refund if I cancel my order?

Answer: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Question: When is my product supposed to be delivered?

Answer: As we accept pre-order products produced by our local village women entrepreneurs, the order will be delivered within 15-20 business days from the date of order.

Question: How much GST do I have to pay?

Answer: The GST amount varies from product to product as the rate is fixed by the GST council.
