Shipping Policy

Drishtee Development and Communication Ltd. (“we”, “us” and “Drishtee”) is the operator of (https://drishtee.com) and  (https://drishtee.mirimarket.in) (“Website”). By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

  1. General

Drishtee is supporting rural women entrepreneur groups (“Vaibhavi”) through its Swavlamban (self-supporting) model and assisting this Vaibhavi’s in selling their hand-crafted products through this website. We celebrate to share the freshness and goodness of products made with love and care by this Women Groups and thus the products are been made on order placement only. That is to say, once you express your desire to purchase a product whose sample picture is displayed on the website and makes payment, we will place order on your behalf to the concerned Vaibhavi, collect it once the product is made and dispatch it you at the address stated at the time of booking the order.   The timeline of shipping is mentioned on the product page.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase order and is included in the order value.

  1. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit within 15-20 days or as specified in the Product page in the website. We are using “Busybees Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd” as our preferred shipment service provider to delivery your order.

4.2 Transit time Internationally

We are currently not shipping to international locations. However, on case-to-case basis, we shall try to service the request and, in such cases, additional shipment charges will be informed after order placement. On confirmation of receipt of payment of the additional shipment charges the product will be shipped internationally and will be in transit within 15 – 20 days. The additional shipment charges varies greatly depending on the courier we need to select for the delivery.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 15-20 business days of payment of order or as mentioned in the order page, whichever is earlier.

We don’t have warehouses as the products are all hand-made on order basis by the Vaibhavi groups. This Vaibhavi groups operates on Monday – Friday during standard Indian business hours, except on national and NIA holidays at which time the Vaibhavi’s will be closed. In these instances, we inform you after order placement and take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We are unable to offer shipment to any P.O. Box services.

4.6 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. However, all available items in the order will be dispatched while we await this out-of- stock item to be made ready.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, we will keep you informed on the delay with reasons. Alternatively, please contact us so that we can check on the delay.

  1. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipment information in their order page. With this, customer will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

  1. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps. You need to contact customer service within a maximum period of 02 (two) working days, upon receipt of the damaged shipment.

  1. Duties & Taxes

All duties, Goods and Service tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

  1. Cancellations

If you change your mind and request cancellation, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy (https://drishtee.mirimarket.in/refund_returns/).

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim. Such cases will be governed by our refund policy (https://drishtee.mirimarket.in/refund_returns/).

9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as we and Shipment Service provider has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

  1. Dispute Resolution

We have greatest of respect for purchaser of goods from Vaibhavi’s and prefer to settle any or all grievances relating to shipping amicably. Disputes relating to Shipping that remain unresolved shall be subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi Courts only and governed by Laws of India.
