Refund and Return Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Order cancellation request to be done by customer either by requesting for cancellation to customer service Email ID (mirimarket@drishtee.in) from his/her registered account email ID to or through call to customer care helpline (+91 – 9119112242) or directly through the Order Page.
  • Order cancellation (Full/Partial) is acceptable through Order page upon the confirmation of Order payment only.
  • In-case the order is yet to be shipped, cancellation request will be accepted for refund.
  • In-case the order is already shipped and pending for delivery at customer’s given shipping address and the delivery is within the due date, cancellation request can be processed with deduction of INR 100 (Indian Rupees One Hundred Only) towards the shipping charges.
  • In-case the order is delayed to receive at customer’s given shipping address due to production/courier reasons beyond 05 business days of due delivery date, full refund shall be processed to the customer.
  • In-case the order is returned due to wrong/incorrect address or customer not available at given shipping address, there will be no refund applicable.
  • There shall be no cancellation if order received at Customer’s given address.
  • Refund for cancellation will be through the same mode of receipt of payment or through NEFT/RTGS mode or through Coupon Voucher (as decided by Drishtee Development And Communication Limited). There is no cash refund.
    • The refund from Drishtee will be processed within 15 days of confirmation from acceptance of Order cancellation from Drishtee Development And Communication Limited. The actual refund may take time, depending on the Bank.

Order Return/Exchange

Please check the product at the time of accepting delivery. Returns will not be taken by the delivery person. The replacement or refund of order amount is solely at discretion of Drishtee Development And Communication Limited.

Return/Exchange is subject to below conditions:

Category: Food products

  • The order is non-returnable/non-exchangeable due to consumable nature of the product.
  • However, in case order is received physically damaged during shipment or different product item is delivered or product having any quality issue, customer is required to click a picture of the product and email to customer service team (mirimarket@drishtee.in) with detail about the Product Issue for assessment within 12 business hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Products with packaging opened or used products will be automatically ineligible for exchange or return, except in-case of any quality issue noticed by customer after opening of the product.
  • Our Customer Service Team may contact Customer to ascertain the damage or defect in the product towards assessment of Return. Drishtee reserves the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product towards assessment.
  • For Damaged Good in Transit – Basis on our assessment, we will send you a new replacement unit within 48 hours of confirmation of assessment that the product is found to be damaged during shipment.
  • Wrong Product Delivery – In-case during assessment, we found that a different Product item is delivered or having any quality issue, the replacement unit shall be dispatched within 48 hours, upon receipt of earlier delivered product at Drishtee’s end. Drishtee shall arrange for the pickup of the product from customer place at a mutual decided time.
  • In-case, after receipt of the product at Drishtee’s end, it is noticed that product was tampered with or not having any genuine quality issue, there will be no exchange applicable and the product shall be returned to customer after receipt of payment of INR 200/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred Only) towards shipment charges.
  • In-case of eligible replacement and replacement of same product is not possible (due to lack of stock or any other reasons), basis on customer choice, we will provide a different product of same value or refund the amount paid towards the order.

Category: Textile

  • The order is eligible for an exchange/return, provided the product must be in same condition that is received by customer, unused and without any tag/print removed and repacked in its original packaging.
  • Products with tag removed or used will be non-exchangeable.
  • Product will be eligible for exchange, either the product is damaged during transit or there is size mismatch or colour mismatch (then mentioned in the specified order) or a different product is received at customer place.
  • In-case order is received physically damaged during shipment or different product item is delivered or product having any quality issue, customer is required to click a picture of the product and email to customer service team (mirimarket@drishtee.in) with detail about the Product Issue for assessment within 12 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Our Customer Service Team may contact Customer to ascertain the damage or defect in the product towards assessment of Return. Drishtee reserves the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product towards assessment.

Dispute Resolution

  • We have greatest of respect for purchaser of goods through us, and prefer to settle any or all grievances relating to refund amicably. Disputes relating to refund that remain unresolved shall be subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi Courts only and governed by Laws of India.
